Information you choose to share

Our forms request your name, a phone number or email for a reply, property address when requesting a cash offer, and any message you choose to send. We record the inquiry type, request identifier and the version of the permission wording accepted with your inquiry. You can read or search our guides without submitting a form. Library searches stay in your browser.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, identity documents, medical information or confidential legal records.

How inquiries are used and shared

We use your details to respond to your request, discuss your property or selling options, and maintain relevant business records. When online sending is enabled, notifications go to Steve at sconway357@gmail.com. During setup and testing, a copy also goes to Thomas Kane at thomas@kanetech.ai, our website service provider, to check delivery and troubleshoot the forms.

Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the site and deliver messages. The forms are operated through this website; no GoHighLevel form or CRM integration is active. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Phone, email and text permissions

Submitting a form requests a phone or email reply about that inquiry only. It does not sign you up for marketing, automated calls or text messages. If you provide an email address, we also send an automatic confirmation after your inquiry is accepted for delivery. You can ask Steve to stop follow-up at any time.

Mobile phone information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in records and consent are not shared with third parties for their independent use. This site does not currently collect SMS subscriptions. Any future text program will require its own optional, unchecked consent, applicable message disclosures and program terms before activation.

Cookies and Google Analytics

On our public domain, Google Analytics 4 (G-2WPYR5BVYS) loads only after you allow analytics. It measures page views, phone-link clicks, cash-offer-link clicks and accepted inquiry submissions. Our custom analytics events do not include names, phone numbers, email addresses, property addresses or message text. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses supplied to Analytics and do not send referrer URLs. Advertising storage, advertising user data, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our site configuration.

Google may process cookie identifiers, browser/device information and interactions when analytics is enabled. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Analytics is disabled on our private review site and local previews.

Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days, subject to renewal through use. You can reject analytics or withdraw permission through the footer control below. Withdrawal stops future site analytics and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information previously processed by Google. Browser settings can also block or remove cookies. Essential hosting and security functions may process IP addresses and request information even when optional analytics is off.

Retention and security

Inquiry information may remain in business email records for follow-up, transaction records, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We retain it only as needed for those purposes; there is no automatic deletion schedule for email copies. Hosting and email providers have their own operational retention practices. We use HTTPS for transmission and keep mail-service credentials on the server. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit a form, decline analytics, or contact Steve by phone instead. Contact Steve using the details above to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, or to stop contact. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required or permitted by applicable law. Additional rights depend on your location. We do not sell personal information or use this site for targeted advertising.

Children, other websites and changes

This site is intended for adults considering real-estate decisions and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact Steve if a child has submitted information. External websites follow their own privacy practices. We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change, including before enabling a new CRM or text-message program.
